Whether you are an experienced artist or have never picked up a paintbrush, this event is designed to be a fun, supportive, and stress-free opportunity to nurture your own well-being through creativity.

Create a beautiful watercolor painting, enjoy meaningful conversation, and spend time with colleagues who understand the importance of self-care.

Please bring:

• Your favorite watercolor paintbrushes and watercolor paper

SFH CAMFT will provide:

• Watercolor paints
• Watercolor paper
• Water containers and other painting supplies
