Refund Policy
Membership Fees:
All membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please review membership benefits and eligibility before submitting payment.
Event Registrations:
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date may be eligible for a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable. However, you may request to transfer your registration to a future event of equal value (subject to availability and approval).
Trainings & Continuing Education (CE) Events:
Refunds will be issued for cancellations received in writing at least 10 days before the training. A $15 administrative fee may apply.
No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations within 10 days of the training.
Refund Requests:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to sierrafoothillscamft1@gmail.com.
Please include your name, event title (if applicable), and the reason for the request.
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original form of payment.
