    You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and contact information. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation of your registration or membership.

  3. Refunds and Cancellations:
    Payments are subject to our published refund policy. Membership dues are non-refundable. Refunds for event registrations or trainings must be requested in writing and are subject to deadlines and administrative fees as specified.

  4. Security:
    All online payments are processed through secure, third-party providers. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

  5. Email Communication:
    Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email. You may also receive follow-up emails regarding your membership, event registration, or organizational updates.

  6. Disputes and Contact:
